1) All members must notify us either through our cancellation form at our members services or via e-mail 24 hours before the subscription expires, otherwise, the account will be automatically renewed unless noted differently. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel on time. There will be NO REFUNDS issued for late requests to terminate membership.

2) With the purchase of a subscription, you realize that you will be rebilled automatically after 30 days of your original purchase of $19.95* & then $19.95* every 30 days after that until you cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, go to members services.

* Canadian subscription prices include GST. Viewers who purchase a US/International BlueNudes Subscription may not view the BlueNudes website while in Canada unless they purchase a Canadian BlueNudes Subscription with GST.

3) You agree that you will not give out your username/password out to any second party. They are for your personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel any membership deemed to be abused. Any username/password found on any password/warez site(s) will be deleted immediately, no questions asked.

4) Any member found posting ©BlueNudes content on newsgroups, chat boards and/or other websites will have their membership canceled immediately without notice. If you're seriously interested in using ©BlueNudes content in a collaborative matter, please contact us. Serious requests only please.
